How to register a domain

For domain registration, just write to support@platon.com a request, which should include the following information:

• The domain name you wish to register.
• The name of the account under which you wish to register your domain.
• If you are a new customer, please write us your contact details (name, company name, company ID, telephone, e-mail, address) and we will create an account for you.

If you want to register your domain under an existing account, it is necessary to send this request from an authorized email. Authorized email is considered to be the one that is listed in our Control Panel at the customer's account.

Registration domains through the setup.platon.sk portal

In the left side menu go to the section Domains. Click on Domain Registration.

Owner - the owner of the domain should be the one who applies for the domain registration, meaning that you should type in your identifier in the system in format PLATON-CNAME. If the owner does not have a contact on the system, please send us at support@platon.net a request for create a contact along with your contact details: name, business name, address, ID, phone, email.
