Privacy policy

Thank you for your trust and we pledge to protect your personal data that you have provided upon placing your order. We need to have basic information about you in order to be able to provide you services. We process personal data in compliance with Act. No. 122/2013 Coll. on personal data protection, while using all our knowledge of privacy protection. All personal information obtained from our customers is used exclusively for internal purposes of the company and are not rovided to third parties. Only authorized personnel has access to client personal data.

We process client personal data in our own system called PLATON IS.

When ordering services, clients fill out a simple form or send us their information by e-mail. Clients are asked to provide the following personal data upon order:

• first name and last name
• address (street, house number, city, ZIP code ) including country, delivery address if different
• e-mail address
• phone number
• if the client is a corporate entity / self-employed, we ask in addition for : business name, company registration number (IČO) and company VAT number (IČ DPH)

We only ask for personal data necessary to fulfill the commitments that customers expect from us when they order our services. Without these data it is not possible to process the received order. Therefore, clients are required to fill out all therequested information when placing an order. Our information system is hosted on our server. Data are stored in a protected database on our server. Access to the information system is encrypted with the SSL certificate. The data are necessary for record-keeping and billing. Clients may change or update their personal data as well as other settings via e-mail or after logging to the administrative interface.

Clients may terminate the use of our services at any time:

• either upon their request
• or by not paying the proforma invoice for provided services, after which the services will be discontinued

Our clients do not provide any information that directly concerns rocessing money on their accounts. All currently offered forms of electronic banking services are carried out directly on the bank’s website, while the bank only gives us information about the success or failure of the payment together with the client name or account number (so that we can identify the payment and return it if necessary). We do not obtain any further information.
